Welcome to Western Tire Express. By accessing our mobile tire services and purchasing products through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our services and the purchase of our tire and rim products.
1. Service Availability
Western Tire Express provides mobile tire services across Cochrane, Alberta and surrounding areas strictly by appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify appointments with 24 hours' notice.
2. Product Specifications
All tire and rim products are sold with a full manufacturers warranty. We provide technical specifications and tread depth information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for tires that are damaged or improperly stored by the customer.
3. Payment and Refunds
Full payment is required at the time of service or upon product delivery. Refunds are processed within 5 business days for unused services or unopened products. No refunds are issued for tires that have been installed or used.
4. Liability and Insurance
Western Tire Express is not liable for any damage caused by improper installation or misuse of our products. All services are provided with professional insurance, and we recommend that all customers maintain their own vehicle insurance coverage.
5. Amendments to Terms
Standard message and data rates may apply, text message frequency will vary.
